What's in it?

Methionine or L-Methionine:

This is responsible for a number of important body functions and plays a critical role in your body’s metabolism. It is also a powerful antioxidant and as such helps fight free radicals in the body as well as slow the aging process. Methionine is a sulfur-containing amino acid that is responsible for the production of collagen, which is known to help enhanse the condition of skin, hair, and nails.

L-Methionine may also help boost your immune system, as high methionine levels in the body can also increase the levels of other amnio acids such as glutathione, homocysteine, and taurine, which all play important roles in immune function. In addition, selenium and zinc cannot be absorbed by the body without the aid of L-Methionine. Since L-Methionine acts as a chelator, it is also used in helping treat acetaminophen and copper poisioning. This is because your body makes cysteine from methionine, which is in turn converted into glutathione, the main detoxification agent in the body.


Inositol is a vitamin-like substance, and sometimes referred to as “vitamin B8”. It is found in many plants and animals. It is also produced in the human body and can be made in a laboratory. Inositol can be found in many forms (called isomers). The most common forms are myo-inositol and D-chiro-inositol.

Inositol is commonly used orally for treating a discorder called metabolic syndrome and conditions associated with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), including failure to ovulate, high blood pressure, high triglycerides, and high levels of testosterone. It is also used in some settings for depression, schizophrenia, and anxiety disorders and beneficilly address these mental health concerns and/or to reduce these symptoms. The main use of inositol is for the storage and metabolism of amino acids. It is also an important part of the citric acid cycle, or the main series of chemical reactions that leads to food being turned into energy within the body. Lastly, inositol benefits the immune system and the production of hair and nails.


Choline is an organic, water-soluble compound that’s often grouped with vitamin B complex, since it has similar functions and properties. Levocarnitine (L-Carnitine):

It may reduce anxiety by blocking stress response receptors, improve calcium absorbtion and retention, and promote wound healing by producing collagen. Lysine, like all amnio acids, is used as a bulding block for protein in your body. These proteins help produce horomones, immune cells, and enzymes.
